I really enjoyed my hunt with Mark
Uhlik. We had fun during and after the hunt. Mark
was flexible in trying to put us on deer, in stand location and hunting
methods. I liked the relaxed atmosphere while still being serious about
hunting hard for our deer. The accommodations in the town of Washington met
our needs just fine.

Where I live the hunting
pressure is so high that taking a trophy buck is nearly “mission
Impossible”. I came to Uhlik Hunting hoping for my first P&Y buck. I archery
hunted with Mark in 06 and 07, and took a buck each year; The 07 buck
grossed 147! Hunting on Mark’s properties is a pleasure. The deer are not
pressured; They act natural and the buck doe ratio is excellent. Bucks
respond extremely well to rattling and grunting. P&Y bucks were on each of
the properties I’ve hunted. Mark has a pleasant personality He works hard at putting you on
quality bucks and takes pride when his hunters take a trophy. I’ll be back !

I have been hunting with Mark
for 3 years now. I have never been disappointed weather taking a deer or
not. I scored in each of my first 2 years with Mark. This last trip I didn’t
get to take a trophy home. But I saw more then my share of Pope and Young
class bucks. I had numerous shot opportunities and couldn’t close the deal
as these big mature Kansas bucks are more resilient than any deer I have
ever come across. Shot placement is a key to recovering that buck of a
lifetime. Last season I took home a 10 pointer that grossed 151 Pope and
Young inches. If it is a shot opportunity at a quality buck Mark Uhlik
is the outfitter you would want to book your hunt with. He has excellent
properties with stands in key locations. Washington, Kansas is a quite place
with very friendly people and great place to visit. I would fully recommend
booking a hunt with Mark.

My hunt in Nebraska was Wonderful. I went there looking to lay down
some great footage and get a nice buck with my bow, and we definitely
completed both. You couldnt ask for better people to work with. The
atmosphere is one in a million, they have so much to offer. You don't
find very many outfitters who are willing to let you do your own
thing and thats something i really cherish about Uhlik. Plus I like
the fact that they don't put a limit on what you can shoot. If its a
trophy to you, then its a trophy in there eyes too. I can't even put
into words how great my hunt there was, I couldn't ask for better
thats for sure. I definitely recommend Mark and the guys for your
next hunt!

This was the second year Jake and I have had the opportunity to hunt with
you, both years we have filled our tags with great Kansas Gobblers. We
absolutely appreciate the way you handle things. We always seem to see an
abundance of mature birds, not to mention mature deer. Mark your friendly
humorous attitude makes for a very inviting atmosphere. Those of you
reading this don't think Mark isn't serious about his hunting, two years
in a row Mark has let us try our best by ourselves for the first day then
guaranteed us a bird on the second and he has yet to take more than half a
day to getter done. He will do whatever you want from roosting birds to
calling them right into your lap. He already has comfortable blinds set
in dynamite places if you wish to hunt with a bow or gun. At Uhlik
hunting you get to meet great people and hunt with great people. Mark
thanks again for the great hunting and hope to keep building this great
friendship. Tell the boys to be CAREFUL!!!
